Establishment of the BUS UPSWING Qualifications / Skills Observatory

The consortium of BUILD UP Skills UPSWING followed all the required steps and officially established a "Qualifications/Skills Observatory" (Skills Monitoring Council), for the systematic monitoring and recording of the needs for skills enhancement and/or acquisition of new, in matters of the rational use of energy and energy efficiency in buildings.

The Observatory, was formed in the frame of the "Mamorandum of Engagement" signed by CRES, NTUA, TUC, GSEE, GSEVEE, and the National Institute of Labor and Human Resources, and entered into force on Monday 28 August 2017 in the 1st Skills Observatory meeting in Athens.
